Ingredients

2/3 c
evaporated milk
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
1/2 c
water
1/2 tsp
vanilla
1 c
heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c
pecans, ooarsely chopped

Step-By-Step

1Mix milk, butter, water and vanilla. Chill. Fold in whipped cream. Freeze in freezer trays until partly frozem. Fold in pecans and freeze until firm. Serves 8
