Ingredients

  • 6 ounces greek yogurt, plain, nonfat
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh

How To Make zumba antioxidant breakfast parfait

  • Step 1
    Combine yogurt & honey. Put 1/2 the yogurt in a glass. Top with 1 Tbsp walnuts & 1/4 C blueberries. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
