Ingredients

8
egg yolks
6 Tbsp
sugar
3/4 c
marsala wine
1 pt
raspberries

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large heatproof bowl,beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Blend in wine.

Place bowl over a pot of hot,but not boiling water.
Be sure bottom of the bowl does not touch water..
Cook mixture,beating constantly,until mixture leaves sides of pan.

Remove from heat.

Divide berries among 8 sherbet glasses.

Pour custard over berries and Serve warm.
