Peel, core and slice apples. Spray a 2 Quart baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour apples into prepared dish.
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut in the butter with a knife. Next, add pecans and raisins. Mix together and pour over apples.
Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 25 mins. Remove from oven and stir gently. Pour the Carmel ice cream topping on and spread evenly. Put it back in the oven for 5 mins. Remove and serve with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
