Sweets for the Sweet
- small cluster of grapes 5-6
- 1 peeled and cored apple(sliced)
- 1 orange peeled and sectioned
- 1-100 cal greek nonfat yogurt any flavor
- 2tbs nonfat milk.
- pink sweetener (optional)
Put it in a shallow bowl dip fruit and enjoy.Sweeten to taste with "the pink stuff".
