1 pkg (3 ounce) strawberry gelatin or sugar free
8 fresh strawberries, cut in half

Norma's Notes:

My cousin e-mailed this recipe and I had to share it. These are so good. I've also used peach yogurt with peach slices, raspberry with a raspberry on top. These are so easy to make. My family always love when I make these little treats. Great in the Summer or any time of the year. They also make cute Easter,St. Patrick's Day or any other Holiday you wish to make your own design of these great treats. Just by using different color yogurt and jello. Design your own fun.

 

Directions

Mix yogurt and dry gelatin mix in a microwave proof bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes or until gelatin is completly dissolved,stirring evey 2 minutes.

Spoon into 16 paper lined mini muffin cup pan and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.

Remove from liners and top with strawberry half.
