Ingredients For strawberry tiramisu

  • 1 1/4 c
    strawberry preserves, seedless
  • hershey's strawberry syrup
  • 1/3 c
    + tbsp cointreau
  • 1/3 c
    orange juice, fresh
  • 1 lb
    mascarpone cheese, room temperature
  • 1 1/3 c
    whipping cream
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 52
    ladyfingers
  • 1 1/2 lb
    strawberries, fresh, divided

How To Make strawberry tiramisu

    Whisk preserves, 1/3 C Cointreau & orange juice in 2 C measuring cup. Place mascarpone cheese & 2 tbsp Cointreau in large bowl; fold just to blend. Using electric mixer, beat cream, sugar, vanilla & remaining 2 tbsp Cointreau in another large bowl to soft peaks. Stir 1/4 of whipped cream mixture into mascarpone mixture to lighten. Fold in remaining whipped cream.

    Hull & slice 1/2 of strawberries. Spread 1/2 C preserve mixture over bottom of a 13" x 9" x 2" glass baking dish. Arrange enough ladyfingers over strawberry mixture to cover bottom of dish. Drizzle strawberry syrup over. Spoon 3/4 C preserve mixture over ladyfingers, then spread 2 1/2 C mascarpone mixture over. Arrange 2 cups sliced strawberries over mascarpone mixture. Repeat layering with remaining lady fingers, strawberry syrup, preserve mixture & mascarpone mixture. Cover with plastic & chill at least 8 hours or overnight.

    Slice remaining strawberries. Arrange over tiramasu & serve.
