Ingredients For strawberry pizza

  • 1 c
    mashed strawberries
  • 4 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    corn starch or 2 t flour
  • CRUST
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • SPREAD
  • 1 pkg
    8 oz cream cheese (soft)
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    sugar

How To Make strawberry pizza

  • 1
    Crust: mix butter, flour and powdered sugar together. Flatten out on a round pizza baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 min.

    Spread: Blend together cream cheese, vanilla and sugar.

    Filling: Take mashed strawberries, and cornstarch and put into small sauce pan; cook until clear.

    Once crust has cooled spread your cream cheese mixture all over the crust and then spread your strawberry mixture on top of that and refrigerate.
