  For the Crust: Crush 3 sleeves of Lorna Doone Cookes and in a mixer add the butter and sugar till crumbly like a graham cracker crust. Press on to a large pizza pan and bake at 350 for 10 mins. Let cool before adding the Cream Cheese Layer.

  Cream Cheese layer: In a mixer bowl combine all the ingredients. Whip till stiff then spread this layer on top of cooled crust. Should be almost 1" thick.

  Topping: Slice Strawberries to look like pepperonies and only do one layer. Spread Maries Strawberry Glaze over the top and refrigerate.

  You may also use other fruit and glazes to get whatever type of fruit pizza you like best. My family loves the Red, White and Blue for 4th of July!
