Strawberry & Blueberry Parfait

I found this recipe on the back of a Nature's Path Granola box and it looked so good and so healthy that I had to try it. The recipe called for just strawberries but I added the blueberries for their healthy benefits and also because it is beautifully patriotic and would make a terrific fruit salad for a Fourth of July picnic!.

Ingredients

granola
6 oz
strawberry yogurt container
strawberries, fresh & chopped
blueberries, fresh

Directions Step-By-Step

Gather all of your ingredients.

Chop strawberries.

To a crystal glass add a layer of Granola. Add half of the yogurt on top of Granola. Place fresh Strawberries and Blueberries on Yogurt. Repeat process ending with the fruit.

Very good served with English Muffins and Nutella.
