Put the gingersnaps in a food processor or blender till they are roughly chopped.
Mix the pumpkin with the pumpkin pie spice and then incoportate the coolwhip with the pumpkin spice mixture.
Take your individual glass and for the bottom layer 1/2 of the apple pie filling then add a layer of ginger snap crumbs. Then layer the pumpkin coolwhip mixture, another layer of crumbs then the rest of the apple pie filling then crumbs then the pumpkin and a sprinkle of of ginger snaps on top. Top it off with a dollop of coolwhip.
