Single Serve Pumpkin Trifle

This is another quick and easy dessert. The coolwhip mixed with the pumpkin and spices almost reminds you of pumpkin pie filling. The apple layer goes well with both the ginger snap and the pumpkin.

This is for a single serve with lots of ginger snap flavor between the layers. If you want to make a large dish just increase the ratio's of ingredients.

Ingredients

ginger snaps
1/4 c
pumpkin
1/8 tsp
pumpkin pie spices
1/2 c
apple pie filling
1/4 c
coolwhip

Directions Step-By-Step

Put the gingersnaps in a food processor or blender till they are roughly chopped.

Mix the pumpkin with the pumpkin pie spice and then incoportate the coolwhip with the pumpkin spice mixture.

Take your individual glass and for the bottom layer 1/2 of the apple pie filling then add a layer of ginger snap crumbs. Then layer the pumpkin coolwhip mixture, another layer of crumbs then the rest of the apple pie filling then crumbs then the pumpkin and a sprinkle of of ginger snaps on top. Top it off with a dollop of coolwhip.
