I was looking for something quick, simple and sweet, for dessert but not too sweet. I looked through the cupboards and this is what I came up with. It just hit the spot, not to sweet and definitely quick. My youngest son ate two bowls of it.

3Place drained peaches in ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle a little (or to taste)cinnamon and nutmeg over the peaches. I used a little sprinkle of both.

4Top with cereal mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

5Serve with either a little cream poured over the top while still warm, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or a little (or a lot) of whip cream. I chose a little cream for my serving and it just kicked it up a notch on the comfort level.
