1Cream together sugar Splenda and butter, add vanilla, and egg, continue beating on low until incorprated.
2Mix in milk, flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat on low till well combined.
3Butter and flour cup cake pan or cake pan pour in batter and bake on 350 for 10min, reduce temp to 325 and bake for another 15-20 min till tester comes out clean but cake is NOT brown.
4Cake will be kinda like a thicker short bread/tea cake, little crisp on the outside, soft on the inside it will not be brown. We like to split in half and toast in a toaster and serve with macerated strawberries and whipped cream
