Drain pears and heat pear juice to boiling. Dissolve jello in pear juice. Mash cream cheese with 3 tbsp milk until smooth. Stir into hot Jello. Cool and put in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Mash pears with a fork, fold into jello. Fold in cool whip. Put in the refrigerator until set. I put it in a nice decorative bowl and enjoy!
