Ingredients For rhubarb fruit delight
- BASIC CAKE:

1/2 cbutter or oleo

1/4 tspbutter flavoring (optional)

1 1/2 csugar
-
2eggs, well beaten

1 tspvanilla extract
-
1/2 tspalmond flavoring

3 cflour
-
4 tspbaking powder
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1 cmilk
- RHUBARB MIX:
-
6 cchopped rhubarb
-
1 pkgstrawberry jell-o, dry

1/2 csugar
How To Make rhubarb fruit delight

1Cream together butter, flavorings, and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with the milk. Mix well. Place in greased 9x13 pan. This will be a thick batter. Now mix together rhubarb, jello and sugar. Combine and spread over the cake batter. Press into the batter. Bake at 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes until top is golden brown and center is set. This is great with ice cream or whipped cream.
