This is a terrific summer time dessert because it is super light and cool! It's also a perfect dessert after a heavy meal because it is light as air! I'll post a picture as soon as I make this again!

Ingredients For raspberry trifle

1 lgangel food cake
-
2 boxfrozen sweetened raspberries

1 lgtub of cool whip dessert topping

1 sprigmint, fresh - optional garnish

1 smcarton fresh raspberries- optional garnish
How To Make raspberry trifle

1Defrost raspberries until thawed but still cool

2Tear cake into large serving bowl with medium bite size pieces

3add thawed raspberries and gently fold in

4add 2/3 of your tub of Cool Whip and gently fold in

5spread the remainder of the Cool Whip over the top and garnish with mint leaves and fresh raspberries!
