Ingredients

1 large
pkg raspberry gelatin
2 c
boiling water
1 can(s)
(21 oz) rasp pie filling
1 small
crushed pineapple, with juice
1 can(s)
pecans, chopped
1 pkg
(8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 c
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla
1 c
sour cream

Step-By-Step

1Dissolve Jell-o in 2 cups of boiling water.

2Add pie filling, or( carton of raspberries), pineapple, and nuts. I used bananas this time couldn't find the raspberries. You can use anything you prefer. Chill until set. 9 x 13

3Beat cream cheese, adding sugar and vanilla. Beat well.

4Add sour cream gradually (it's very important to add it gradually). It won't whip up if you don't whip for a long time.

5Spread over the set jell-o.

6Chill several hours before serving.
