  • 18 oz
    tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 7 oz
    marshmallow cream
  • 12 oz
    jar red raspberry jam
  • 1 c
    milk chocolate chips

How To Make raspberry marshmallow cookie pizza

    Spray a 12 inch pizza pan with nonstick vegetable spray. Spread out dough evenly in the pan, using your fingers to flatten. Pinch up dough to form a rim around the edges. Bake at 350F for 12-18 minutes, until golden. Let cool completely on pan. Spread marshmallow cream evenly over cooled cookie to within 1/2 inch of edge. Spread jam over marshmallow cream; set aside.

    Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for one minute; stir. Microwave an additional 10-20 seconds, stirring until smooth and melted. Drizzle melted chocolate over cookie. Chill for at least one hour. Cut into thin wedges.
