This recipe I found looking for something else & came across this one. It sounded wried but oh so good.

apple pie filling
2 c
all purpose flour
1-1/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c
canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
3/4 c
fat-free egg product
1/3 c
vegetable oil
2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp
freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp
baking soda
scoop vanilla ice cream

Directions Step-By-Step

First spray a 3 1/3 to 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Then spoon in the pie filling into the slow cooker & spread evenly.
Next beat the remaining ingredients all except the ice cream with an eletric mixer on low speed for about 1 min. Make sure to scrape down the bowl constantly. Then beat on medium speed for about 2 min & scrape the bowl down. Then pour over the pie filling.
Then cover & cook on hih heat setting for about 1 hour & 30 mins to 2 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean. Then serve with the ice cream.
