I love this easy easy casserole....delicious! The first time I ever ate it was at one of my brother-in-law, Carl's relative's house one Thanksgiving. Since that time my sister, Ginger has done an outstanding job in making it. She can make it everyday 7 days a week and I would never get tired of it! Yummy to my tummy!

Ingredients

2 can(s)
of chunky pineapple with juice
6 Tbsp
flour
1 c
sugar
2 c
mild or med.sharp cheddar cheese
1
stack of ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick
margarine

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed crackers over top. Dot with margarine. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
