Pineapple Au Gratin

This recipe is great as a side dish with ham or pork. It's also good to eat as a dessert.

Ingredients

1 large
can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c
sugar
3 Tbsp
flour
1/2 stick
butter or margarine melted
1/2 c
ritz cracker crumbs

Step-By-Step

1Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Lightly grease 8" x 8" casserole or pan. (I use PAM)
2Mix pineapple, cheese, sugar and flour. Pour into 8 inch square casserole. Pour melted butter over pineapple mixture and stir.
3Top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

This recipe may be doubled using a 9" x 13" pan/dish. Can be served hot or cold.
