I found this delightful recipe in my collection. There are many more ideas to make a single serving of dessert or when that midnight craving hits you in the head!

Ingredients

1 Tbsp
butter
2 Tbsp
sugar
2 Tbsp
flour
1 Tbsp
instant non-fat dry powdered milk
1/8 tsp
baking powder
1/8 tsp
cinnamon
dash of salt
2 Tbsp
water
1
4 oz. snack-size diced peaches, well drained

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Microwave 1 Tbsp. butter in mug until melted, about 20 seconds.
2
Combine sugar, flour, instant dry milk, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and water, add to mug. Stir with a fork till well blended. Add well drained peaches on top of batter and do not stir.
3
Microwave on medium-high for 2 minutes. Let stand in microwave for 1 minute. Use an oven mitt to remove the mug from the microwave and let it cool off enough so that you can eat.

Just made this Peach Cobbler in a Mug & it was delicious! So easy to make & better to eat. Only thing I changed was instead of the powdered milk & 2 T of water I added 2 T of milk. Didn't have powdered milk. Next time I will make sure I have some vanilla ice cream to put on top. Thank you, Jo Anne, for this great recipe!

I love these desserts in a mug. That way I can make just enough for myself and not feel like I have to eat the whole pan so it doesn't go to waste! Thanks for this recipe.
