2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp instant non-fat dry powdered milk
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
2 Tbsp water
1 4 oz. snack-size diced peaches, well drained

Microwave 1 Tbsp. butter in mug until melted, about 20 seconds.
Combine sugar, flour, instant dry milk, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and water, add to mug. Stir with a fork till well blended. Add well drained peaches on top of batter and do not stir.
Microwave on medium-high for 2 minutes. Let stand in microwave for 1 minute. Use an oven mitt to remove the mug from the microwave and let it cool off enough so that you can eat.

I think you mean non-fat milk, you have down on-fat milk, but aside from that this recipe sounds delicious.
