Ingredients

5 md apples
1 c sugar
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
3/4 c melted butter
1 c flour
1 egg

I've been cooking this for my family for years and always loved it.

 

Directions

Peel, core and slice apples in large bowl.

Put the apples in a greased 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon on top of apples.

In a medium bowl mix a cup of sugar, 3/4 cup melted butter, cup flour and egg. Beat well and pour over apples. Bake 350 for 45 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

I think I am missing some amounts here.Only the butter,apples and egg have amounts.Is it my computer?

For the sugar and flour, I think she means just 1-cup.

oooh, and the same with the sugar and cinnamon...1 Tablespoon (just guessing).

I'm sorry about not putting the one on there. I'm so used to only putting down for a cup is c. Same with tablespoon -T. and etc. This is my first time putting any recipes down for other people to read. Thank you for letting me know.
