Julia's Story

I have made this apple crisp many times. Sometimes I switch out the vanilla wafers for ginger snaps or graham crackers. This recipe is supposed to make 12 - 1/2 cup servings. Who are they kidding, who is gonna eat just 1/2 cup? Not me, I want about 3 of those 1/2 cup servings.

Toni, I made this with gingersnaps instead of the vanilla wafers. I have also used graham crackers in place of the vanilla wafers. Aldi, carries vanilla wafers and they are good.
