Nancy's Black Cherry & Cranberry Heaven

My very dear friend Nancy makes this heavenly dessert. The cherries and pecans may be omitted, and it's still just as good. It's now one of my and my husband's favorite desserts!

Ingredients

1 box
black cherry jello (large)
1 can(s)
crushed pineapple, drained, reserve and chill juice
1 can(s)
whole cranberry sauce
1 can(s)
dark cherries, pitted, drained, reserve and chill juice
1 c
chopped pecans

TOPPING

1 pkg
cream cheese, softened
1 c
sour cream
3/4 c
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla

Step-By-Step

1Make jello with boiling water use the chilled juices rather than cold water use ice cubes to mix to equal about 1 1/2 cups.
2Add cranberry & pineapple mix
3Pecans can either be mixed in or sprinkled on top, refrigerate overnight, or until set.
4TOPPING:
Mix with hand mixer till smooth ... spread on set jello.
ENJOY!
5This will fit nicely in a 9 x 13 pan.
