- 6 c
- cooked apples (measure after pureed in blender)
- 3 c
- 1 tsp
- each: cinnamon, allspice, ginger, pure vanilla extract and salt
1Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, vanilla and salt.
2Cook on low heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
3Can and seal. Makes 3 pints.
