When we would go to the Pungo NC to visit friends. After a delicious meal, we always had Mrs. Jefferson's cobbler. There was always frozen fruit in the freezer. What a treat! They are great memories.

Ingredients For mrs. jefferson's cobbler

  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 3 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 qt
    blueberries

How To Make mrs. jefferson's cobbler

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Melt butter in 9x13 pan Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, milk together. Pour batter over butter. Top with one quart blueberries on top. Cook for 35 minutes. Serve with a scoop (or two) of vanilla ice cream.
