peel and core apples. cut into 16 slices. wrap each slice in one cresent roll. put rolls in a baking dish. Put butter, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a small saucepan and simmer to a gravy like consistency stirring often. pour gravy over apples and then pour the mountain dew over that. Bake at 350' 35-40 minutes till golden brown. Serve warm.
