Ingredients For *** mom's lemon squares ***

  • CRUST:
  • 1 1/4 c
    flour, sifted
  • 1/3 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter, cold
  • FILLING:
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • confectioners' sugar

How To Make *** mom's lemon squares ***

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2
    Mix crust ingredients together, mix well with pastry mixer. Pack in 13 x 9" pan. Bake 20 minutes. let cool 10 minutes.

    Mix filling ingredients together & pour into cooked/cooled crust. Bake 20 more minutes. Sprinkle confectioners's sugar over top.
