These little babys have the perfect balance of sweet and tart. The crust is buttery and flakey. If that isnt enough they are SUPER easy to throw together!! Very simple ingreidents and full of flavor!!

Ingredients

2 c
all purpose flour
1 c
butter room temp
1/2 c
powdered sugar..plus extra to sprinkle
2 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
lemon zest, grated
2/3 c
fresh lemon juice
1 tsp
baking powder

eggs

Step-By-Step

1Preheat Oven 350
2In a food processor place butter , flour and powdered sugar . Pulse until the mixture is mixed together. Press into a 13x9 baking dish using floured hands. Bake for 20 min
3With a mixer beat eggs, sugar, Lemon juice and zest. After blended well add baking powder. Pour over Hot crust. Bake another 30 min
4Allow to cool completley before cutting. After cutting sprinkle with powdered sugar.
