Ingredients

fresh peaches, pitted, cut into 1/2" pieces
2 c
frozen wild blueberries, thawed
1 Tbsp
cornstarch
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/3 c
sugar
2/3 c
flour
1/2 c
old-fashioned oats
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
ground nutmeg
3/4 c
light brown sugar
5 Tbsp
unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
homemade whipped cream

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 3 quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix together peaches, blueberries, cornstarch, lemon juice and sugar. Mix well.
2In another bowl, stir together oats, flour, cinnamon and ginger. Stir in brown sugar. Add butter by hand, mashing to form crumbs.
3Spread fruit mix into bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle w/ oat mix. Bake 45 mins or until golden on top. Serve w/ whipped cream.
