Ingredients For healthy anytime parfaits

  • 1/4 c
    golden raisins
  • 1 tsp
    grated orange peel
  • 2 Tbsp
    reduced-sugar orange juice
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 4 oz
    reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar or stevia sugar substitute
  • 2 c
    mix of blueberries, cut up strawberries and cut up peaches
  • 1/2 c
    organic, low-fat granola
  • honey for drizzling
  • grated orange peel for decoration

How To Make healthy anytime parfaits

  • 1
    In microwave bowl, combine raisins and orange juice. Microwave 45 seconds. Stir in vanilla.

    In bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in raisin mix and 1 tsp orange peel. In 4 decorative glasses, layer 1/2 the cream cheese mix, 1/2 the fruit and 1/2 the granola.

    Drizzle w/ honey, sprinkle w/ orange peel.
