BANANA FROZEN SMOOTHIE (ALSO FOR APPLES, PEARS) - MICROWAVE APPLES/PEARS TIL SOFT |

| 2 | over ripe bananas |
| 1 Tbsp | apple sauce |
| 1/2 - tsp | vanilla extract |
| 1/8 - tsp | cinnamon |
| 1/8 - tsp | nutmeg |

FOR MORE "JUICY" TYPE FRUITS, LIKE PEACHES, PINEAPPLE.. |

| omit the apple sauce (if you want) replace with a sweetner of choice. | |
| also can squeeze a little lemon or lime juice in it for a sweet/tart taste. | |

Directions
In a Blender - add ingredients
Puree til smoothCover and place in freezer for several hours.
(a cup of fresh peeled de-stoned peaches makes about 4 - one dip servings.)2 peeled bananas serve about 4 - 1 dip servings as well.you can always top the dips of smoothie with other fruits,yogurt.
Adding milk or yogurt to the mixture before freezing migh also make the consistency more like an ice cream or serbert.
