Ingredients For fruit pizza

  • CRUST
  • 1 tube
    refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • "SAUCE"
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese (softened) 16 oz total
  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 8 oz
    cool whip
  • TOPPINGS
  • 1 c
    fresh strawberries
  • 1 c
    fresh green seedless grapes
  • 1 c
    fresh raspberries
  • 2
    kiwi fruit (felled & sliced)
  • 1 can
    mandarin oranges
  • DRIZZLE
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 c
    orange juice
  • 1/4 c
    pineapple juice

How To Make fruit pizza

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pizza pan with Original Pam cooking spray.

    Pat cookie dough onto pizza pan. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool completely.

    In large bowl, beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.

    Spread over cooled crust. Arrange fruit on top.

    In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, orange juice and pineapple juice until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Refrigerate until chilled and drizzle over fruit.
