Thanks to my sister Deb, I have the easiest recipe for cobbler. She use to make this for us when berries came in. And also with canned fruit.

Ingredients For fruit cobbler

1/4 cbutter, room temperature

1/2 csugar
-
1 call purpose flour
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
2 cfruit
-
1 ccold water or fruit juice
How To Make fruit cobbler

1Mix together butter, sugar, flour, and baking powder. Spread in bottom of buttered baking dish. 9x9 square.

2Pour 2 cups of fruit over batter. Sprinkle with 1 cup of sugar. Pour 1 cup of cold water (or fruit juice) over all of it. Don't mix.

3Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Any kind of berries can be used in this.
