dry ice, broken into small chunks
large stainless steel bowl
fresh fruits, the more water content, the better. strawberries, grapes, melon pieces, blue berries, etc

Directions Step-By-Step

Place the fruit in the large stainless steel bowl.
Put the small chunks of dry ice into the bowl, and with a long handled spoon, gently stir the fruit and ice.
When the ice is gone, Let the fruit sit for 10-15 minutes and then serve.
The fruit juices will be fizzy when you bite into them.
