Easy springtime fruit salad w/ juicy-honey dressin

A low-fat, juicy, refreshing fruit salad. Great for picnics or BBQ's.

Ingredients

1 large
cantaloupe, cut in 1/2, seeds, rind removed
1 large
honeydew melon, cut in 1/2, seeds and rind removed
1 large
can pineapple chunks, drained
1 qt
lg fresh strawberries, tops removed
3/4 c
diet gingerale
1/2 c
low-sugar orange juice
2 Tbsp
honey
1/2 c
low-fat granola. i used granola w/ raisins

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut melons into bite-size pieces. Place pieces in lg bowl. Cut strawberries in 1/2 lengthwise. Place in bowl along w/ pineapple chunks.

In another bowl, whisk together gingerale, orange juice and honey. Pour over fruit mix. Cover, refrigerate 20 mins for flavors to meld. Sprinkle w/ granola right before serving.
