Betty's Story

This is a Weight Watcher recipe. You can use any frozen fruit and any lemon lime diet soda. 4 pts. per serving

Ingredients

2 lb
frozen peaches
1 box
yellow cake mix
1 can(s)
diet 7up or sprite

Directions Step-By-Step

Spread frozen peaches in Pam sprayed 13x9 pan.

Sprinkle dry cake mix over peaches.

Pour 7up over cake mix.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Uncover and bake for 40 minutes.

I am going to make this for our family Thanksgiving dinner. I am going to alter this recipe by using gluten free cake mixes & make another one utilizing my blueberries I brought back from Canada. They are frozen so it should be awesome. And I am going to cook them in dutch ovens! I'll have to let you know how they turned out. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

Hubby said it was a little dry but didn't have ice cream or any whip cream so that might have helped next time will maybe leave a little of the peach juice in. I missed a few spots with the 7-up but will be more observant next time. It tasted amazing tho will definately become a regular oh and I used french vanilla cake mix. thanks for a great recipe..

Sharon,I have never tried with can peaches. Let me know how it comes out. I would think it would be okay.

going to make this tonight is it ok to used canned peaches as I don't have frozen ones I would just drain the juice ?
