This is very mild and the pears can be used for Pear Bread, eaten fresh from the jar, or cooked into many recipes...They are YUMMY!

Ingredients

12+ medium
pears
3 Tbsp
hungry jack honey maple syrup
boiling water

Directions Step-By-Step

Sterilize 8 pint jars and add 3 tablespoons Hungry Jack Honey Maple syrup to each jar

Core , peel Pears and soak in cup full of lemon juice

add pears to jars

ladle hot water into jars , leaving 1/4 head space
add lids
Turn jars upside down for a few minutes

Place jars into water bath canner and process at a rolling boil for 20 minutes

Remove jars and place on a towel for 12 hours
Make sure all lids sealed...Enjoy now, or save on the shelf for a year (Refrigerate after opening)
