HEAT oven to 375. Coat 13x9 metal baking pan with non stick cooking spray.
COMBINE flour and 1/2 cp of sugar in large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or two butter knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Beat milk and egg with fork just until blended. Stir into flour mixture with fork just until moistened. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Overlap slices of fruit. Drizzle with melted butter.
BAKE 28-35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature...Also good served with Ice cream.
