Ingredients

1 pkg refrigerated, ready made sugar cookie dough
1 pkg 8oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 C sugar
1 tub "strawberry flavored", cool whip topping, thawed
2 pt (2cups) strawberries, sliced; or berries of your choice.

FREDA's Notes:

It's all about "Simple pleasures", Berries and Cream just go together, and Your are a Hit at any dinner party.

 

Directions

Preheat oven @ 350.
Press dough well into greased 12" pizza pan.
Bake 20 min or til golden brn. Cool completely.

Beat Cream cheese and Sugar with electric mixer on high till well blended. stir in gently strawberry cool-whip topping.

Spread cream cheese mixture over crust;
Top with Sliced strawberries, or berries of your choice.
Cut into 12 pie cuts.
HINT: I use a pizza cutter to cut this Fruit Pizza.
Serve immediately, or cover with plastic wrap, & chill till ready to serve.

Eddie, just to help you with your weight gain. . . Hee hee,(can't resist) Use reduced fat cream cheese, and fat free Cool whip, and sugar free Pudding. Hint hint. That way you could have more than one piece and not feel guilty!! . . have a wonderful day!!!

Freda...I don't see the pudding in the recipe. Is it a pkg of vanilla?

KIMI, there is "NO" pudding in this.
It's cream cheese and "strawberry flavored Cool-whip". If you read in the instructions and the ingredients, you'll see, you beat the cream cheese, and fold in the strawberry coolwhip then spread on the cookie crust, very simple. hope this helps.

Kimi......it does look like there is a layer of pudding (in the picture)! Don't know why you couldn't add it, if you wantd to! In fact, think I'll try it that way!
