Ingredients

3 c
young rhubarb, unpeeled, diced
1 Tbsp
unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 c
granulated sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/8 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
water
6 Tbsp
butter
6 Tbsp
unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 c
brown sugar
1/2 c
quick cooking oats

Step-By-Step

1Preheat the oven to 350.

2In a 10x6x2 inch baking dish, combine the first 6 ingredients.

3Cream the butter with the flour and brown sugar, then stir in the oats.

4Sprinkle over the rhubarb.

5Bake for 40 minutes or until the rhubarb is tender and the top is brown.
