This recipe was given to me by my cousin. She is my inspiration for the love of cooking.The first time i watched her make bbq sauce from scratch i was amazed,i thought you could only buy it at the store!This cookie salad is a sweet treat you will make again and again,enjoy!

Ingredients For cookie salad

  • 1 pkg
    fudge stripe cookies,broken into pieces
  • 1 box
    vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/2 c
    buttermilk
  • 1
    (8 oz.) cool whip (thawed)
  • 2 can
    mandarin oranges,drained ( sm.cans)
  • 1 can
    (15 oz.) pineapple tid bits (drained)

How To Make cookie salad

  • 1
    Beat pudding and buttermilk let set for 2 minutes,fold in cool whip. Fold in drained fruit,add cookies,mix well.Chill until ready to serve. You might need to double the recipe,it goes fast!
