3 c frozen sliced strawberries in sugar (thawed)
1 pt heavy whipping cream
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c chocolate syrup (or to taste)
dallop of cool whip, mint leaves, fresh strawberries, swirl of chocolate syrup

My daughter and I had this at Disney World when we ate in Cinderella's Castle.

It is a BERRY REFRESHING SOUP that young and old enjoy!

Put Strawberries, whipping cream and sour cream into a blender. Blend on high until thick and creamy.
Refrigerate two hours before serving as a cold soup.

Susan, Goldie and Peggi, Thank you very much! My daughter loved it when she was a kid.... as do all 4 of her children! Genevieve (Evie will be 6 this month) wants a princess and unicorn party.... so we are making plans.... lol
