Ingredients For cheesy baked apples

  • 4 medium baking apples, peeled, cored and cut into eighths
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make cheesy baked apples

  • 1
    In shallow dish, arrange apple slices. Sprinkle with water and lemon juice In small bowl, mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or til apples are tender. Uncover. Top with shredded cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes or til cheese melts. Serves 6
