- fresh whole pineapple
- 2 Tbsp
- 1/2 c
- 3 Tbsp
- frozen yogurt or ice cream
1Core & peel the pineapple, slice it lengthwise into eighths.
2Heat the butter in large non-stick skillet over high heat.
Coat pineapple wedges with sugar; place in hot pan.
Cook, turning once & shaking pan often, until golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove pineapple.
3Stir water into pan, & heat briefly, drizzle over pineapple.
Serve with frozen yogurt or ice cream.
