- whole pineapple, sliced

- 1 Tbsp
- cinnamon powder, to taste
1Melt the butter in saucepan at low heat.
2Add the sliced pineapple and sugar.
3Add the rum and let it flambe. Stir the contents together well.
4Once the pineapple reaches a golden color of caramelization, it is done.
5Place the pineapple into a serving dish and cover with cinnamon powder to taste. Serve while hot.
