Ingredients

2
crust pastry dough
3/4 c
raisins
1
egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp
vanilla
1/2 c
maple syrup
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 c
shortening

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 425.
2Roll out pastry dough. Cut into 4" rounds. Place in muffin cups.
3Place raisins in cups.
4Mix all other ingredients in bowl, then divide into cups.
5Place muffin tin on bottom shelf of oven and cook 12-15 minutes until filling is set. Cool on wire racks.
