Broiled Nectarines With Amaretto

- ripe nectarines
- 2 Tbsp
- 1/4 c
- 1 c
- creme fraiche(optional)
Cut nectarines in half and discard pit.
Place nectarines cut side up in a oven proof dish.
Drizzle a half teaspoon honey and one teaspoon
Amaretto on each nectarine half.
2Broil fruit until slightly charred. Serve with
creme fraiche if desired.
