I made this for my parents return from Florida and they just loved it! I just love the flavors of blueberries and lemon together. It is one of my favorite combinations. This is an incredible dessert and very easy to make. It is also yummy with a little milk on top or even a dollop of cream. This is also a wonderful option for those counting points and wanting healthier options. Weight Watcher value: 6 points This recipe comes from Kimberly Morales blog called: Poor Girl Eats Well
